Sun Salutation Workshop - On Zoom

Want to learn about the steps in a Sun Salutation? Join me as we do a quick yoga practice consisting of 7 Sun Salutation A’s and 3 Sun Salutation B’s (with some extra flow). By the end of class, you’ll know all the steps in a Sun Salutation and be able to have your own daily, full-body yoga workout by doing this short grouping of them.
