What is a health coach?

A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps people feel their best through food and lifestyle changes that meet their needs and health goals. As a health coach, I work with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves through a holistic approach. A health coach focuses on goal-setting strategies and accountability.

How does your health coaching program work?

You have several choices when you work with me as a health coach. You can purchase an individual session or a package. Every package includes working with me to discover the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and your goals.

  • Single session - If you need a little course-correction and a few tips, one 60-minute session may be right for you. Learn more.

  • Multi-session packages - If you need more accountability and support to reach sustainable change, you can purchase a package of three, six, or 12 50-minute sessions. Learn more.

  • Group health coaching - For a more social learning experience, you can join one of my supportive group coaching programs for women. Groups meet weekly for six weeks over Zoom. Contact me to find out when the next group starts. Learn more.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Zelle (preferred), Venmo, and checks.

What’s your refund and cancellation policy?

If you cancel or withdraw from a health coaching program, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the program after a $395 cancellation fee.

Where can I find your yoga schedule?

Do you coach people who aren’t women 50+?

Yes! Women and men, and people of all genders age 50+ are welcome! If you’re under 50 and looking for a health coach, my services likely won’t be the best fit for your needs. Feel free to contact me, and I’ll be happy to refer you to someone fabulous!
