Slow Flow Yoga - On Zoom

Begin with warm up stretches connecting you to your breath, followed by a flow of fun asanas (postures/poses) to open your heart, lengthen your spine, and leave you strong and relaxed. Take some time on your mat with me.

All levels welcome — beginners too!

You’ll need:

  • A yoga mat

  • Two yoga blocks (optional)

  • A yoga blanket or towel
